Timeframe for Filing a Claim

You have up to 3 days to claim any missing or damaged items from your order.

Handling Shipping Damages

If shipping damages occur, we will file a claim with the shipping company.

Receiving Credits for Claims

Credits will cover 50% of the cost of the damaged item and will be issued for your next purchase. Credits cannot be applied to freight charges.
