Handmade Product Disclaimer

  • Disclaimer: All of our products are handmade by Artisans using a Rustic manufacturing process therefore, imperfections of color and size may be present upon arrival.

  • Our inventory turnover rate may cause some of our online items to be subject to a 1 to 3 week supplier order wait time from order placement and confirmation.

Online Order / FaceTime Policy

  • We have an online minimum purchase of $1200 per order shipped.

  • All online order product prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturing costs.

  • FaceTime sales are considered part of an online order and have the same pricing rules.

Payment Policy

  • A deposit is required to start processing your order. We accept credit cards and wire transfers.

  • All orders and shipping costs must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping cost is impacted by location, pallet quantity, and weight.

  • We use third-party shipping companies and are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues during transit.

  • Customers may use their own freight companies, but we are not liable for lost shipments, damages, or delays.

  • We recommend in-store pickups for quality purposes.

Damaged Product Policy

  • Timeframe for Filing a Claim | You have up to 3 days to claim any missing or damaged items from your order.

  • Handling Shipping Damages | If shipping damages occur, we will file a claim with the shipping company.

  • Receiving Credits for Claims | Credits will cover 50% of the cost of the damaged item and will be issued for your next purchase. Credits cannot be applied to freight charges.
